Permanent Recruitment

Our extensive network, combined with our equally broad FinTech recruitmemt experience, allows us to source the right talent for your permanent roles, wherever and however the need arises.

  • Contingent (Non-exclusive): Working on a “no win no fee” basis. This could potentially be alongside your internal team, after your internal team have attempted to source candidates and/or in competition with other agencies/ consultancies that you choose to engage.
  • Exclusive: Where we are engaged as a sole external partner (we appreciate that you will still look to source candidates via your internal team and own personal networks)
  • Retained Search: Engaged contractually as an exclusive partner/ extension of your regular talent acquisition solution.

Contract / Interim Recruitment

Identifying the right candidate for critical, fixed-term roles can be a daunting prospect. FinRec takes a holistic approach to finding you the right team member at the right time for your contract or interim recruimtent requirements, filling skills gaps and giving access to on-tap expertise as well as contract/recruitment peace of mind.

  • Contingent: Working alongside your internal Talent Acquisition team and any other vendors that you wish to engage.
  • Exclusive: Engaged as a sole vendor on a “role-by-role” basis.
  • Managed Service: FinRec manage all contract/ interim staff as a sole vendor (this could be for individual projects, specific disciplines {Technology/ Product/ Operations}, geographic locations or for the entire business.
